View of Rapolano from the Hills

1. Rapolano Terme

The village is an attraction in itself: just wandering the car through the narrow streets between hills and gentle slopes to find postcard views and panoramas, with the terrain that, in all shades of gray and ocher, acts as a frame for cypresses and rustic farmhouses.

Rapolano itself, however, deserves an in-depth visit: in fact there is a vast Etruscan archaeological area, with an imposing thermal complex and necropolis.
